  • Minimum Job Qualifications/Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Five years or more of business experience and previous project management experience managing projects of $1 million or more.
  • Five years of leadership and people management experience.
  • Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Proven track record of project delivery.
  • Strong organizational and management skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Ability to motivate others and keep them on task.
  • Demonstrated decision making, analytical and problem solving abilities.
  • Able to work extended hours on occasion.
  • Positive and professional attitude.

The Program Manager will provide leadership and direction to their team with a focus on ensuring successful delivery of projects. This leader maintains a "big picture" view of work in progress, manages risk, deconflicts priorities, and removes obstacles to enable their team. This leader is accountable for delivering client projects in alignment with the critical constraints of scope, schedule, cost and quality.

?ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Must follow and meet Key Performance Expectations (KPEs) for this role.
  • Develop, train and mentor their team.
  • Build a culture of accountability and drive continuity across teams.
  • Maintain, reinforce and hold others accountable for corporate values, mission and vision
  • Supervises a team of Sr. Project Managers, Project Managers and Project Coordinators to ensure successfully delivery of all projects within their purview.
  • Conduct performance management for their team.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and establish a "continuous improvement" mindset for their teams.
  • Prepares detailed program plans, timelines and schedules to meet approved program objectives.
  • Establishes program scope, implementation schedule and cost objectives in conjunction with other functional groups.
  • Utilizes professional program management skills to assure successful program execution.
  • Supports and implements new and existing policies and procedures.
  • Promptly brings to attention any significant deviations to plan that are beyond his/her control and recommends corrective action.
  • Directs the activities for teams to achieve program objectives.
  • Resolves conflict and implements team cooperation.
  • Measure, monitor and track results.
  • Enforce consistent best-practice project planning and status reporting standards per established frameworks.
  • Ensure quality work product from all team members.
  • Minimize errors and inefficiencies.
  • Oversee project budgets including project financial reporting and review as required.
  • Proactively work with sales and client relationship managers to facilitate full transparency of project and program status.
  • Manage resources to maximize productivity and utilization.
  • Participate in the end to end billing and invoicing process.
  • All other responsibilities as assigned
